Service Agreement Contract

Transparency is important to me, so my Service Agreement is available here for anyone considering booking Live Wedding Painter Sydney.

The agreement outlines exactly what is included in the service, how the live painting process works, artistic direction, wedding day timing, client and artist responsibilities, payment terms, artwork completion, cancellations and other conditions that apply to a booking.

Prospective clients are encouraged to read the Service Agreement and Refund and Cancellation Policy before confirming their booking. A copy of the applicable agreement is also provided during the booking process before the booking deposit is paid.

Payment of the booking deposit or electronic acceptance confirms agreement to the terms provided for the booking.
