Wedding painting services are governed by the booking details provided to the Client, the Service Agreement and the Refund and Cancellation Policy applicable to the booking. 2. Artistic Interpretation
Each painting is an original artistic interpretation created in the established style of Live Wedding Painter Sydney. Portfolio images are provided as examples of the Artist's style and previous work and do not guarantee that another artwork will be identical in composition, colour, detail, brushwork, likeness or overall appearance. Artistic outcomes will vary according to the couple, venue, lighting, reference material, wedding conditions and creative decisions made by the Artist.
3. Artistic Direction
The Artist retains artistic direction over the composition, interpretation, style and execution of each artwork in accordance with the Service Agreement. Client preferences will be considered where agreed, however live wedding painting is an artistic service and not an exact photographic reproduction.
4. Circumstances Outside the Artist's Control
Live Wedding Painter Sydney is not responsible for delays, interruptions or limitations to the service to the extent they are caused by circumstances outside the Artist's reasonable control. These may include changes to the wedding timeline, delays in obtaining reference photographs, venue restrictions, guest interference, weather conditions, access limitations, lighting conditions or other unexpected circumstances at the wedding.
5. Artwork and Equipment at the Venue
The Artist will take reasonable care to protect the artwork, materials and equipment while providing the service. Live Wedding Painter Sydney is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the actions of guests, venue staff or other third parties where that loss or damage was outside the Artist's reasonable control.
