Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Live Wedding Painter Sydney:
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
The holding fee, considered the deposit, is non-refundable.
If the Client fails to pay the remaining balance or meet payment deadlines, the booking is cancelled, and the deposit is retained.
The Artist reserves the right to offer the booking date to other clients if payment is not received by the agreed-upon due date.
2. Refunds for Cancellations by the Client
Cancellations 60+ days before the wedding date: The Artist retains 25% of the total package price.
Cancellations within 60 days of the wedding date: The Artist retains 50% of the total package price.
Cancellations within 14 days of the wedding date: The Artist retains 75% of the total package price.
3. Refunds for Cancellations by the Artist
In the unlikely event that the Artist must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
Alternatively, the Artist may assist in finding a suitable replacement artist or offer a commission piece as compensation if agreeable to the Client.
4. Refunds for Weather-Related Issues
If weather conditions prevent live painting at the venue and no alternative indoor setup is provided, the Artist will paint from home using reference photos and deliver the final artwork within the agreed timeline. No refunds are applicable in this case.
5. Refunds for Completed Artwork
All artwork is created as a bespoke piece in the Artist's unique style, as reflected in their portfolio.
No refunds will be provided once the artwork is completed and delivered, regardless of subjective dissatisfaction.
6. Delivery Issues
The Artist ensures secure packaging and delivery of completed artwork. In the rare event of damage during transit, the Client may request a replacement or repair at no additional cost.
7. Commissions
Payment for commissions is due upfront. Refunds are not available for completed commission pieces.
If the Client cancels the commission before the Artist begins work, a partial refund (minus preparatory costs) may be offered at the Artist’s discretion.
