Code of Ethics
Live Wedding Painter Sydney is committed to providing a professional, respectful and honest service while maintaining the individuality of each artwork and wedding experience.

1. Respect for Clients
Clients will be treated with respect, patience and consideration throughout the booking and painting process. Communication will be clear and professional, and personal information, photographs and wedding details will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Service Agreement.
2. Professional Integrity
Live Wedding Painter Sydney aims to provide services consistently with the inclusions, expectations and conditions communicated at the time of booking. Business practices will be conducted honestly and transparently and in accordance with applicable Australian laws and consumer protections.
3. Artistic Integrity
The artistic style, process and capabilities of Live Wedding Painter Sydney will be represented accurately through its portfolio, website and communications. Each painting is created as an original artistic interpretation rather than an exact photographic reproduction. Artistic decisions will be made with consideration for the couple, the setting and the established style of the Artist.
4. Inclusivity
Live Wedding Painter Sydney welcomes clients regardless of culture, background, religion, gender, sexuality or identity. All clients will be treated respectfully and without discrimination.
5. Respect for Other Wedding Professionals
Live Wedding Painter Sydney aims to work respectfully alongside venues, photographers, videographers, planners, celebrants and other wedding professionals. The work, intellectual property and professional responsibilities of other suppliers will be respected.
6. Privacy and Discretion
Information shared by clients will be treated with appropriate discretion. Images, artwork and wedding content will only be used in accordance with the Service Agreement, Privacy Policy and any permissions provided by the Client.
Sustainability Commitment
Live Wedding Painter Sydney aims to reduce unnecessary environmental impact where reasonably practical while maintaining the quality, durability and safety of each artwork.
7. Materials
Preference is given to durable materials that support the longevity of each artwork. Where suitable alternatives are available, environmental impact may also be considered when selecting art materials, supplies and packaging.
8. Waste Reduction
Materials are used thoughtfully to minimise unnecessary waste. Where practical, art supplies and packaging materials may be reused, recycled or repurposed.
9. Packaging
Packaging will be kept appropriate to the needs of the artwork, with consideration given to recyclable, reusable or lower waste options where reasonably practical.
10. Travel and Business Operations
Live Wedding Painter Sydney aims to operate efficiently and minimise unnecessary travel, material use and energy consumption where practical within the requirements of providing the service.
11. Continuous Improvement
Sustainability practices may continue to evolve as new materials, suppliers and practical alternatives become available. Live Wedding Painter Sydney will continue to consider ways of reducing waste and environmental impact without compromising the quality or longevity of the artwork.
